Splitting a Joint DMP

Hi All,
Looking for some advice (have just posted the question on Ask A CCS as well)... I've been in a joint DMP with CCCS since summer '08, but have now seperated from my husband. We're setting up individual DMP's as advised and have completed the initial interview etc, but now I need to return the set up pack as if it were a new DMP. However, 3 of my 5 creditors don't send me statements anymore, as have been on arrangments with them. What should I do, as the pack asks for most recent creditor statements?
Thanks,
MM

Hi Murray
I'm not too sure on this, maybe you could just write a note on this section of the pack to explain you don't have statements anymore and quote your old CCCS number.
Or if that is not sufficent can you write to all your creditors to ask for a statement? Or ring up for an up to date balance?
Do any of your creditors send annual statements? if they do, even if they were a few months old it would still be helpful for CCCS I'd imagine.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
