For the larger lady the choice is very limited and more expensive. Where can I get some for my girlfriend?
She is an I cup0 -
I went to La sensa (sp) to get measured and they were lovely and very accurate LOL:j £2 coins = £2.00 :j0

...I however have a whole load more than that:D
:rotfl:Also being bigger, I do tend to buy them whenever I see them cheap.....
I agree - Debenhams at sale time is a haunt of mine, Primark & Matalan don't do my size since I was measured properly, but Tesco are good for pretty, everyday bras.0 -

I have about 15, including the same style in 3 different colours. Not many places go up to my size, so when I found one that I really like (fantasie) I bought all the colour options! Although I have quite a few different bras, I tend to rotate between these 3 as they are the most comfy / versatile / flattering.
I generally pay £25 or more for a bra - anything less than that is a bargain at my size, and because there are so few nice ones available, when I see something I like I tend to get it on impluse. I usually buy 2 pairs of knickers for each bra too - if there are 2 different (flattering!) knicker styles I'll get them both, or sometimes just 2 pairs the same, as I sometimes wear a bra more than one day, and I like to match.0 -

My Mum also hates underwired bras. She now shops here: http://www.leialingerie.com/Find_a_Store.aspx.
They are very expensive, but in her opinion, worth it.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
I've got about 20 or so. I only buy them in Next once a year as they do the ones which I am really comfortable with. They are pretty and on sale they cost usually £8 for 2. I change them every day, and use matching underwear, I feel much better about myself when I wear a nice set. I also have 4 pairs of sport bras.0

I have about 10 or 12 I think. I used to pay £25-30 a bra but then discovered that Marks and Spencers 40G fit me so I buy them in the sale for usually less than £10 .
I have to change them every day as I found being bigger if I wear them more than once I get an itchy rashDecluttering, 20 mins / day Jan 2024 2/20 -
2 that fit. I'm still changing after DD came along and really need to get properly fitted. Then I tend to have 4 or 5 and a saucy one0

I would hate to think how many bras, knickers and sleepwear i own. Im a bra fitter so i have a zillion. Last time i cleared out my drawer i chucked out about 20, and my drawer wont shut. Im addicted beyond belief. I've controlled it slightly, but every time debenhams have a sale on im there buying it up!!
But yes, bigger ladies need to spend the dough on a bra, it makes a difference.0
