I've got a cucumber that needs using up but theres only me!
Can I make up a batch of tuna/cucumber with the cucumber cut into small chunks and freeze this ready for use in sandwiches?
Or do you have any other ideas?

The cucumber will go soggy when defrosted so freezing is not a good idea.
What about cucumber soup? You would drink it cold so it would be nice and refreshing in this heat and you could freeze that.0 -
You could also mix small cucumber bits (and by small I mean grated), with garlic and thick yoghurt, great for dips and that will freeze fine.Softstuff- Officially better than 0070
