Q re money in accounts whilst BR

Been bankrupt 6mths plus now...due to very careful budgeting and strict spending have built up a little bit of an excess in my accounts.
Dont have an IPA - am on benefits.
Is this okay as far as the OR is concerned. Eg monthly budget allowed for clothes and holiday but we havent had the need to spend most of that budget yet.
Also my car was exempted. I may have to get a new one prior to discharge. Is that going to be a problem?
Just want early discharge but doesnt look likely at mo!
thanks

That's fine dawn, you have to save somehow as you say for clothes etc.
As for the car, unsure about this one.....someone will know x"If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride"

Cheers...the thing about money in bank is you have to try and keep as much put back for an emergency...no credit to fall back on.
