  • In this weekend's Mail on Sunday, on of the supplements featured a column doling out advice on "life, sex and relationship problems" by style guru Carole Caplin (of Cherie Blair fame) who answered a reader's question on gluten free diets. I think you will find it very informative.

    I have found out that quinoa, the sacred food of the Incas, which is on sale at Asda's, is also gluten free.
