Lone parent advisor at the JCP told me last Wednesday that it is happening. Maybe you just got someone at the CSA who doesn't know what they are talking about

I hope the person you spoke to is right - I spoke to someone from the "clerical" team - I really should know better though as its taken them 9 months to start working on my case.0
