Where's ya Spring bounce gone, where's ya spring bounce gone?
And repeat...
We will check when it is spring'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
What was expected by all, including the bulls was a correction over the winter.
BTW I hope you are settled in your new house
Well yes I am and thanks for showing your concern:), however it's just a house, no more no less. I put little emphasis on my situation, as how and why I bought would show very little correlation to the rest of the buying public, which is a pity, as buying outright was a piece of cake.
But it's a bit of a moral crusade for me, I remember what it was like worrying about buying a property and mortgages etc, and in today's climate of ridiculous prices I feel deeply for those people who are in the position I once was, hence my bearish stance and my hope for a continued undermining of these prices.
To some people money (and making money) is the be all and end all............ to me it's just a means to an end, once my relatively modest goals are reached, money means nothing.0 -
I notice here that if there is a price reduction the property suddenly appears as a 'new listing in last 24 hours' on right move at the new price with no mention of the weeks / months on sale at the previous price.I think....0
