That'd be the 1st or 21st of March, depending on what you believe.

I'll be back in 6 days, as I can see you're trying to use the numbers to escape the inevitable... again ;)

Chucky, we'd out sing that anytime :D

What was expected by all, including the bulls was a correction over the winter.
BTW I hope you are settled in your new houseicon7.gif

Well yes I am and thanks for showing your concern:), however it's just a house, no more no less. I put little emphasis on my situation, as how and why I bought would show very little correlation to the rest of the buying public, which is a pity, as buying outright was a piece of cake.

But it's a bit of a moral crusade for me, I remember what it was like worrying about buying a property and mortgages etc, and in today's climate of ridiculous prices I feel deeply for those people who are in the position I once was, hence my bearish stance and my hope for a continued undermining of these prices.

To some people money (and making money) is the be all and end all............ to me it's just a means to an end, once my relatively modest goals are reached, money means nothing.

I notice here that if there is a price reduction the property suddenly appears as a 'new listing in last 24 hours' on right move at the new price with no mention of the weeks / months on sale at the previous price.
    I think....
