It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Dennis has already sampled some and approves. He's now so exhausted from this exertion that he needs a sleep now.

on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

    Morning all.

Pooky, sounds positive about the OT and chair and stuff.

Sally, glad things are a bit brighter for you this morning.

I'm sure I wanted to say something to someone else but I've forgotten now, sorry.

Not sure what my plans for today are, I'm pretty sure that sister wont be coming round anymore after last night's shenanigans. I'll probably go to the last two Starbucks for more taste tests and use one of my vouchers to stay and read. And I've got my book club tonight.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
