lilmiss, the dvd turned up today, I'll have a look when Pint's at darts later.

Do I DARE open the 30 day shred one?

Dragon is speech recognition software, not mind-mapping software.

LOL.. have to admit to some childish giggles yesterday during the run, at one of the water stations they had people holding out big tubs of Vaseline, with rubber gloves and a big blob in their hands.. :rotfl:

One of my friends posted something cool on Facebook....

What's the best way to a mans heart? "Straight through the b4stards back with a pick-axe :rotfl:

    ...Linda xx

    maybe a little harsh,

and due to the closeness of the ribs in the rib cage at the back you will find you would be more likely to hit a rib and miss the heart going in through someones back, would probably be easier to go through the front where the ribs have more space between them.
    Drop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

Beanie - A lady I used to work with had Dragon, but she had a lot of trouble with it as it didn't seem to understand what she was saying, and kept typing the wrong thing!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
