    Yes, dice and fry the onions, bacon and mushrooms.
    hard boil the eggs then chop.
    mix with scooped potato, black pepper and cheese then pile back into potato skins

    My scabby turtles are all ready to go in the oven when Hubbles gets home (Mum told me we called them treasure taters....) and I've mixed a raw egg yolk into the mix to enrich it, should come out nice and golden:D
