Hello :hello: (lose 1lb at WW so not enough to scoff loads of scrummy yummy cakes )

I've just got back from my Mum & Dad's - decided as it was so lovely I would go on my bike, it's 11 miles there & back what was I thinking :rotfl: I'm a lovely shade of bright red plus pinky red sun shoulders from sitting in the garden. I definitely need some padded cycling shorts too.

Wasn't about yesterday, had a day shopping in Lincoln with my Mum Spent a bit too much but I needed new foundation & they had bonus time on at Clinique so I bought some soap too:o a new dress but that was from George, some new undies, and some other bits. Need loads of NSDs for the rest of the month to make up for it:o

I feel like I've been away for aaaages, will catch up on diaries now xx

Well done on the 1lb loss! I have felt i have done really well this week so come tuesday i will feel very demotivated if i don't loose anything!

Hello lovely ladies

I've been round M&D's again this afto, to sit out in the sun Drove there today though :rotfl: Surprisingly I didn't ache at all this morning, and it's the furthest I've biked in a long time if not ever.

Had to buy new deodrant today cos I couldn't find mine (I had an old one with a little bit left in so I didn't stink ) Boots had 1 for £1.99 or 2 for £2 no brainer really, even the cheapy shop across the road wanted £1.59 for one and I wandered out muttering I'd rather pay the same and get points too.

Got home and moved some things (which I'm sure I moved before) and found missing deodrant:mad:

Also rang Cap1 today to clear my balance and close the account They had slapped a tenner of interest on though:mad: but it's clear and in the process of being closed :T

Off for a walk to CoOp in a mo, fancy something salady for tea. Have just done some cous cous to go with it
