Is Orange Wednesday broken?

in Freebies gone but not forgotten
I've sent the text to 241, but got no reply, sent again, and again no reply, not even the 'you have already got a code, it's ...' text. Looks like I'll be paying full price tonight.

Is it just me, or is it broken for everyone?

    They now charge 35p for the return text with code, could it be you have no credit on your phone to receive the text :confused:

    they sent a code with the text message? Thats all you need isn't it? They sent it to you surely unless the text with 'it's....' and no more

    No, they haven't sent anything.

    Usually if you text FILM to 241 again you get a reply saying 'we have already given you a code. it is......', but I didn't get that either.

    Orange Wednesday worked for me, and I did mine around 5pm, got the confirmation within seconds

    I had the same problem last week - the code didn't arrive until 5 hours after my request.

    ive sent 2 codes and i didnt get 'we have already given you a code. it is......' i got my codes within a few seconds
