early discharge

i recieved a letter from my official receiver at about the beginning of june basically telling me that he was going to start the early discharge process from bankruptcy.any1 know what this is?and when should i expect to hear from him again? any info would be appreciated

The OR can discharge you from bankruptcy anytime up to 1 year from the date you went bankrupt (unless you get a bankruptcy restriction order). If it is a very simple case and they have finished looking into your case (or don't need to) then you will get discharged after 6 months. It is nothing to worry about just a formality really. I think you will get a letter stating you are now discharged or you may have to pay for it via the court (sorry don't remember ) but why not call them and ask them they are usually very nice.
