No time to post any more now, DH is waiting in car :o

Just wanted to apologise for being so rude yesterday - popping in for my star and running! I was so excited that I'd managed to get one and as DH was in the car with the engine running I suddenly realised we might not make it back before 8pm, so sneaked back to quickly post!

I'm v motivated by today's list, hoping I can complete it - the blind and fridge are two things I've been wanting to do...

DH was surprised to find me up and dressed when he came to say goodbye at 6:45am - the reason - "It's really sad, but I really want to make a start on that kitchen list!"

Does anyone have any suggestions on the blind cleaning? I have used a cloth with soapy water, but it has taken me ages wiping along each strip (venetian blind).

I'm guessing none of the 'gadgets' that you can get that seem to clean about 5 strips at a time actually work? Esp with a kitchen blind that's a bit greasy/grubby as well?

Hope you all have a good week .

  • Morning All

I will try again this week - I did do some of the list last week in the kitchen and it does feel a little better than normal. however I start back at work today so I am not sure how tired I will be tonight especially as I have to go to Azda for the food shop as well.

I am so bad at this...... I have picked up 10 things from the living room and actually put them away and sent the WM off again as I stupidly put the dish cloth in the wash last night and the clothes smell musty - yuk!

Off to get showered - will post list if I have time before work or will do it tonight.

    Me

Oh I nearly forgot - hugs to Toots - I hope all goes well in hospital.
