Survey Head Payouts

Has anyone had a payout from survey head, and how long did it take to get a payout? It says payouts should be completed within 4 weeks, its now coming up to 6 and it still says pending on the site and the money hasn't gone into my paypal account. Once before it took 8 weeks for a survey payment to be registered and from what I remember it took about 2 emails to them to get them to verify the payment; is it worth doing that this time? Or should I just be a little more patient?

Ive had three pay outs & am waiting on my fourth. I was paid after about 4-5 weeks on the first two pay outs, but the last one was more like 8 weeks this one was around xmas time. They do pay just a bit of a wait im afraid.
