Just to chip in my 2p....
On the LOVEFiLM website it states:
"2.1 To join become a Member of LOVEFiLM or receive to purchase any of our products or services, as a minimum: you must be at least 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to join LOVEFiLM;"
I'd say the salesman mis-sold the services to your sister and as such it's invalidated by law and tell them to get stuffed.
Although more appropriate language can also be chosen. :-)0 -
About time these street salespersons were made illegal. Where else would a stranger ask you for name, address. DOB, bank details & signature and expect results??
And we are asked not to put out personal details in the recycling??Tallyhoh! Stopped Smoking October 2000. Saved £29382.50 so far!0
