DLC Repossession debt

Tixy is right.
Also a full & final settlement deal would probably be do-able if you can access a lump sum.
A lot of people in this situation do end up going for bankruptcy (another option?) so these debts do change hands for only a few pennies in the pound.
Have DLC been assigned this debt or are they still referring to GE as 'our client'?
Unfortunately it was not a Consumer Credit Act debt, which DLC will probably point out to you when they reply to your CCA letter.0 -
Thank you for your replies.
DLC are still refering to GE as our client. Bankruptcy would make me lose my job so i'm going to have to try and come to some agreement. Do you have any idea of an amount they would settle for just an approximate??
