Cheep (Decent) Wireless Broadband Router

I'm a very poor student, half way through my third year. We already have broadband in our house, with 5-6 months to run on the contract, but its only plugged into a PC in my housemate's room. I've just managed to get my hands on a laptop and want the internet. Every computer shop I go into they tell me to contact our provider if I want cable routing through the house. the provider say they'll do it, but we need to get a new 12 month contract, but with only 5-6 moths left in our house a new contract would be stupidity, and we dont have a phone line for dial up.
HELP ME PLEASE! what is the absolute least I can pay for a wireless broadband router so it can be connected to two computers, including network cards and anything else I might need?
