Lombard Asset Finance

Lombard are currently chasing me for bankruptcy through a personel guarantee for a van i bought through my business, the van was on lease purchase (same as hp) so i am sure as i claimed the VAT back after the purchase lombard should not have financed the VAT? Is it the law that vat cannot be financed if so could the aggrement be classed as nul and void??

Please help!!!!

I doubt it, lombard just finance an amount for you, it is you that split this up into vat and asset when you buy the van, the VAT has nothing to do with lombard

This company is 84 per cent state owned, they never answer any letters that get sent to them,i have ran into hot water with them recently and they came to collect items and took equipment that didnt even belong to them,to make matters worse the psni in n ireland switched off the ignition of my car at work put the key in there pocket and told by finance collector that it was there property,i had paid a very very large sum of money back to them and hard trading conditions came and that is were we are,the finance guy even told me that he would give me a good hiding also drove past my yard the following monday blew the horn when he saw me,this information is 100 per cent genuinely true this is just a small reflection back, their PAPER WORK is a mess not signed dated,no start dates,no agreement numbers, wont give me full running balance of what was paid,i have a right to get it and i will, they have a firm of lawyers working for them that dont know a and b everyone just dig your trenchs and sit it out,DO NOT BE SCARED, stand tall please e mail me as im setting up a face book about what happened me and my firm do not give up please
