Hi, me and my wife are renting a house off my mum and we wondered if the mortgage could be transferred to us?
The house is prob worth a little less than the mortgage. We cant buy it as we dont have a deposit but would have no problem in paying the payments.
Thanks Tom

It is possible.
You would need to have an income that, in the Lender's opinion, supports the payments and no adverse credit history.Act in haste, repent at leisure.
