Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all Nectar cardholders except employees of Loyalty Management UK Limited or anyone else connected with the promotion.
2. Only one entry per collector.
3. There is one prize of 1 million Nectar Points to be won. The prize draw will take place on 29 March 2010. The prizewinner will be the first name drawn at random from valid entries. The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable.
4. Eligible cardholders can enter the prize draw by completing the survey by 28 March 2010.
5. The prizewinner will be notified by email by 9 April 2010.
6. The prizewinner must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the promotion.
7. Details of the prizewinner can be obtained for a period of 6 weeks following the prize draw by sending a SAE to the Promoters address below.
8. By entering the prize draw, Nectar cardholders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
