I'm in the process of getting my life back on track after my recent upset (some of you may be aware and gave me great help).
So I'm just putting together 2 letter's to request my CCA's from Welcome Finance and Citifinancial. I have loans with both that were taken out before April 2007 and I've been defaulted by both since I started my DMP with CCCS. The trouble is they both have so many contact addresses and departments that I'm not sure where to send them to. Has anyone sent CCA requests to them and which address did you use?

I've just had a thought though, both loans have been passed to a third party for collection, do I send my CCA request to them instead?Do what you want because in the end people will judge you anyway.0
