In Romford branch, but may well be nationwide, a pile of shoe boxes near the entrance marked down to silly prices. The boxes are marked as 1 shoe faded, but I found that some of the shoes are just a bit grubby.
I nabbed a pair of kickers that were originally £55 for £2 and anther pair for £1.00 (can't remember original price - too excited).
If you are looking for pristine items, please don't bother. They don't come with freeview built in and are not HDTV ready.

Has anyone spotted these in any other stores?
Thanks :beer::rotfl:0 -
I got some leather Hi-tec trainers for my daughter's PE kit this week from the Prescot branch for £2 in their sale. They weren't damaged and they also had other trainers reduced to £2, £3 and £6.
Didn't notice any boxes of damaged shoes though, but wasn't really looking out for them.0 -
Thanks Mamabear, I rushed straight into Romford and picked up 6 pairs for £11 :j :j :j
Some are more faded than others, but worth £1 & £2 for walks in the forest etc.
Now thats what I call a Bargain :money:
