Remortgage & Stamp Duty

Am remortgaging and at same time putting property into joint names with my wife rather than sole name with me.
Apparently the sole to joint bit is potentially liable to stamp duty if (I think) half of the mortgage value is greater than the stamp duty threshold of £125k.
The mortgage is for £165k, so I think I am OK, but would be grateful if anyone could confirm the above figures - the Revenue website still refers to £60k, which is the old threshold I think and should now be £125k.
