You will have to have a deposit, proof/sufficient income, clean credit history to fit criteria0 -
What do you do for living, are you key workers? Have you thought about shared ownership? Google it and have a look.
Do you have a family member that will lend you a deposit?
I know its not what you want to hear but 100% is dead, for the moment, they will be about again as we have a short memory."Banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies." Thomas Jefferson

My mother is a enjeneer and i work admin for a petrol company
And no family with enough moneyI get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -

It is Northern Bank not Rock.....these are not straightforward mortgages...they either want a stake in parents house or savings....Can you not accept you will not find the traditional 100% mortgage, simply due to the risk of negative equity........

You may be trying to help by saying it's not possible but it somes across as more of a 'i know better than you attitude' (i saw your comments on a post similar in content to this)
Having a 10, 20, 30% deposit doesn't mean your any more likley to pay your mortgage. If you can't afford to pay it, it doesn't matter how much deposit you put down.
Still looking into things. It may not work as planned but i think it's worth a good try. Things don't get handed on a plate in my experience, you have to work hard for it:oI get what i want.
