Abit puzzled , can someone help

I have three debts with a bank and some others with other companies

Overdraft
Loan
Credit card

I have been advised to go bankrupt due to my total debt being 30k , anyway once again I have checked my credit rating. I check it once a year , however the overdraftt and the loan debt from the bank are not on there but the credit card is. The OD and the loan are the biggest part of my debt.

I dont understand why its not on my credit score and I have had no letters about either debt or phone calls for about 4 years now but I have had letters about the credit card , they no where I live and I am on the electoral roll. Its not been on my credit rating ever , as I said I check it once a year.

I dont dare ringthe bank incase they actually made an error and forgot the debt , but the CAB have advised me to go bankrupt if the banks debts are included in my debt.


arghhhhhhhhhhhhh , what do I do? and why is it not on my credit score????

im i right in thinking you have not been using the overdraft or paying the loan in the last 4 years?

Yes you're right , it was defaulted and closed 4 years ago and ive heard nothing since then and its not on my credit score.

well can help much but this will help bump you to the top i would have thought by now lloyds have sold it on

I just do not understand why its not and has never been on my credit file and ive recieved no phone calls or letters about it but have recieved them about the credit card which is on my credit file

If the accounts are pre think its either before 1994 or 1996 that they didnt report them to the cras, it is the same with my old barclays account. I would keep paying the card thats chassing and worry about the rest if they ever come up in the future

What you should do is go to a website called www (full stop) tpuc (full stop) org as this website is much better than Martin's as it shows you how you can lawfullly NOT pay bills, Council Tax, TV LiIcence, Car Tax, etc, etc. To do it, you will need to send two Affidavits to the Queen (Don't worry, all the steps are stated on the website). After less tha two months, you will be what is known as a Freeman On The Land. also, Google "Richard Menard" and look at his videos. This is all brilliant. save more cash than you ever dreamed of doing - lawfully. Of course Martin will never tell you about this, cos he wold be doing himself out of a job. You should understand that he actually PROMOTES the system that you have been indoctrinated into following.
