You should probably read this very carefully. As I said before, it's the warrant not the person enforcing it, and enforcement of magistrates courts fines can indeed include forcing entry and removing goods even if you don't let them in.
I'd contact Herbie via her website as RAS suggested. If anyone knows the best way to go about getting the debt taken off the bailiff and back to the court so you can make an arrangement to pay the court then it will be Herbie. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0 -
You can apply to the court for the warrant to be suspended and make an arrangement with the court to repay so long as the bailiff hasn't already entered and gotten walking possession, in which case you need to deal with the bailiff.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

I had to pay the debt today, i had to get a friend to lend me the money!!
I had already written to the court asking them to refer it back to the magistrate but the problem is the time frame.
I had a warning letter last wednesday, i phoned the baliff that day who said she would be back within a week to remove goods.
I sent the letter recorded nex day delivery on the thursday, And the baliff returned today to remove goods.
While the balif was outside i called the courts who couldnt give me a time frame of when it would be looked at!
I had no choice but to find a way to pay.0
