Upon printing off my report and on inspection theer appears to be things that aren't on there.
It has got on there

Natwest Credit Card
But it hasn't got
Tesco Loan

Virgin Credit Card
Anybody have any suggestions??

Not all creditors report to the same agency’s, for e.g Natwest current accounts only used to be reported if they became delinquent or defaulted, however they are just now starting to publish all accounts.
With regards to the other items it is well worth getting hold of a copy of your Equifax file as well, and you may find that the “missing” items are reported there. It’s hard enough remembering my opinions - without remembering my reasons for them :rolleyes:0 -
A credit report tends to be a few months behind so if you have got anything recently it may not show up. My Natwest bank account did not show up on a report with any of the agencies. Its worth getting a report from Equifax and Call Credit as well so you know exactly what info there is available about you.0

But if Natwest have Defaulted my account then surely that should appear on one or the other?? and if it doesn't appear on any of them does this mean that Natwest haven't actually defaulted me, despite sending me a default notice?0

Not necessarily, the issue of a S.89 CCA default is a legal process for breach of contract, a credit file is for information only.
I think to many people falsely believe that a credit report is some sort of legally required and totally accurate reflection of all of your credit commitments..
What you need to keep in mind is that all Credit Reference Agency’s are just private company’s, and like all other service providers only certain customers pay to use their services.
The Creditors themselves are under no legal obligation to publish data, they must only ensure that anything they do publish is factual and accurate.
The whole CRA system is base on the fact that creditors chose to share information with each other to allow risk analysis on customers, however there is no legal requirement to undertake this process. It’s hard enough remembering my opinions - without remembering my reasons for them :rolleyes:0 -

Natwest defaulted my account, took my card and cheque book off me and passed it to Collections - still isn't on any credit report!0
