Urgh - NTL bill

Have just had the dreaded NTL bill through and its $90.18
Damn it.
Theyve broken it down as
Entertainment 33.09
telephone 43.09
which is 76.18 but ive been credited 8.50 so the total is 67.68
btu then it says i have account adjustments of 22.50 so the total bill coems to 90.18
anyone any idea what these adjust ments could be?
Jeez just realised too that $4 of that is becasue i pay it through paypal and not direct debit so i have a $4 handling charge!!!
crumbs might set up a direct debit then!
