Does paying into a Bank A/c class as access?

On form 6.28, at the bottom of the first page of Section 5 (Bank accounts and credit crads) its states :-

If you become bankrupt it may be possible for the Official Receiver to ask your bank or building society to release some or all of a credit balance to you if it is required for your domestic living expenses. However you should not access any account without first contacting the Official Receiver.

Now my question is this, I'm going to court on Monday and I have opened a new bank account, but not paid anything into it yet. However I need to pay some money in by the middle of next week to cover some direct debits I have already set up on the account. Does paying money in just after being declared BR constitute as 'access' and do I need to have spoken to the OR about them not having an interest in that account before I pay anything into it. My plan was to pay some money in as soon as I was finished at the court on Monday.

i opened my coop account before br and put it on my forms, it had a small amount of money in it when i went br. the day i went br i spoke to the OR that afternoon and she asked if i was using that account and she said she had no interest in that account, and i already knew the coop weren't interested.

Thanks confused76, maybe I'll just put enough in for the direct debit, I was just concerned that I might not speak to the OR straightway. I'm going to the High Court in Central London and i'm not sure how quickly you get to speak to the OR. Does anyone know the process for speaking with the OR in London? Do you definately see them on the day?

The way most OR offices are at the moment you usually get a very quick call after court to discuss any issues you have...then an interview at a later date...but one things for sure ANY accounts you listed on your forms are the property of the receiver once the paperwork is signed in court till they say otherwise...with the co-op account as its a basic account they'll announce no interest once they know
