Credit card dilema

My Virgin card with 0% balance transfers deal is almost up and whilst I have paid off 50% I dont want to be stung with usual interest rates. I have a bank account with A&L who are offering 0% (no fee) balance transfer for 12 months so thought of applying, is this the same group as Virgin? Would appreciate some help people??:)

You should be ok with this transfer.
