I've just cancelled my account, as I've read on here that Lxdirect are charging back people for multiple use of codes, so be careful!

They are all successful at checkout until you receive the order and the delivery note shows total without discount. i used one yesterday and it went through fine. i called today to say it had not come off and said that the code was for first orders and since I was an existing customer it was not vaild

Just make sure you use your credit/debit card to pay for your purchase, if you have a credit account with LX Direct and use that then they will probably reclaim the discount code back and put it on your credit account.

When you go to the final checkout page make sure the discount is showing there, what LX Dirext do is charge you the full amount of your item to your credit/debit card then refund the discount the same day. This is what they do with me including using the above discount code, they charged me the full amount to my debit card then refunded the £15 discount at the same time. Long as your final checkout page has discount -£15 showing before you press confirm order you will get the discount.

    Hope this helps :)

I've heard some stories where the company has written to customers after the delivery stating that the code was not offered to them directly and under the terms and conditions, they have to pay full price. Scary stuff!
Thomas Jefferson: "When you reach the end of your rope, tie a knot in it and hang on."
