Triton/Mint online credit agreement sent

Hi everyone, i'm new on here but need some advice if possible, I sent triton cca request, they got in touch with Mint who I had a credit card with and they sent back a agreement which I applied for online in 2008. I'm sure this is binding but wanted to see if there was any point in writing to them for a Full and Final settlement. I will not communicate with Triton on the phone as they are always rude and threatinging, has anyone got a full and final from Triton. Some advice would be great.

Hi, welcome
Did you request the CCA to see if it might not be enforceable? Checking for unenforceability is only for accounts opened before April 2007.
If the debt is with triton you could try a F&F offer but they are the inhouse collectors so you probably won't get a very good deal, make sure you get it in writing from them first.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
