Barclaycard CCA request Part 2

Hi Guys,

Wondering if someone can help!
I have recently requested my CCA from barcaycard (About 7 days ago) and have recieved a letter from them.

How do I upload it? So someone can anyone tell me what is says and what I need to do next? If i'm honest it sounds like a cop out as in they will send it seperatly and they send a blank form with this? :o
Thanks

Hey, just bumping this for you in case some-one can help. I don't know about CCAs.

But also, I don't really understand your post (that's maybe a Friday night thing :o). Did they send you a letter via email?

I'm assuming that when you say "How do I upload", you mean how do you get a copy of the letter onto the forum; is that correct?

If so, you'll need a scanner and then scan the letter to your computer. Then, open an account with a photo sharing site such as photobucket. Once you've uploaded to there, you can link to a document and put that link on this site.

There is a CCA enforceability thread on here - has lots (and I mean lots) of useful info on there.

Have you looked at the unenforceability thread for any advice?

Again, I'm afraid I don't know but maybe some-one else out there might?

Have a look at this thread on this page:

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=2305463&page=23

then look at the reply - post #465.

If yours follows the trend, you'll get another letter with a copy of the terms and conditions. Give me a few moments and I'll hunt out my post (and photobucket) on that - may be more than a few moments - Desperate Housewives is on - I Know :rotfl:
