    I bet if she got a £ for every CSA enquiry she deals with, all those old rules assessments etc she would be minted!
    When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

    Its a pity there wasnt a good online calculator for old rules, that would cut down on her workload a bit.
