Mbna default notice?

Afternoon all,
Well all has been going well over the past 6 months on my DMP, apart from MBNA. They have twice asked me to complete a budget sheet via email and twice I have done this. But they wont accept DMP until I phone, which I have done in the past and got knowhere!. They have sent me a couple of letters to advise me that I am due to be defaulted in a couple of days, I have a personal account manager who has been emailing all day, but as soon as I have asked her when my default notice was sent she is now ignoring me. There is no single letter I can find advising of the 14 days and amount overdue etc etc. My question is how do I know if I have received a default notice, as the corres I have just states they are going to default me and pass to a DCA nothing else on the letter at all? thanks

Just bumping this for you in case some-one can help...
Have you put this in writing to them? And have you checked your credit file to check whether they have put a default on your account yet?Jan10: 28,315.81 Jan11: 18,015.32 Jan12: 7,682.58 Jan13: 2,987.73 Current debt: 1,225.55
