hello everybody,
Ive not posted in a while, but I was wondering if you lovely lot could please help me.
How do i set up a premium rate telephone number ?
Google it, I hear you cry.... but no.... its a minefield out there, theres about a millions companies all trying to rip you off and I was hoping that somebody could recommend one that was half decent and doesnt rip you off.
Does anybody know the cost involved and do they then take a percentage of the revenue generated, or how does it work.
I was going to post this under "saucy new job" but that thread has arms and legs, so ive opted for up your income and the telephone boards instead.
Any help woudl be appreciated. Cheers, A

I remember many moons ago on ebay I paid this guy £20 quid for a premium rate number, but it was sort of a pre-packed deal - it was a gambling tip line and it was up to me to advertise it and get people to ring.
I'd get a cut of the profits if so many people rang it, but it didn't really work out because i didn't really have any money to advertise it to any kind of decent level.
I know you do have to comply with ICSTIS regulations to set up a premium rate number though.
