I notice that the only way of contact with this company is by their email page. They don't offer a phone number at all.
More and more companies do this making any dispute or enquirey process more lengthy
I'm curious what others would do in cases where there is or isn't phone support so I set up a poll.
Personally I ttend to avoid those without phone support at all

I have used them without any problems. I had not heard of them at the time so did a little research and found they were started by an ex ebuyer founder.0

I wouldn't touch them.
No phone number and their address appears to be hidden amongst their terms and conditions.
What have they got to hide? Any reputable company would have an address and a geographical phone number prominently displayed.0 -
Actually your wrong there. I did find their address quite easily. They are in sheffield but they dont allow collection.I wouldn't touch them.

Well I have used them and hesitate to recommend them, Not because they are not quick to deliver
I got the wrong item and feel i ordered it by mistake because of misleading information on their site. I pestered them all week about a return and refund.
Ny gripe was after having paid £7 + for shipping and having to pay it all over again for the replacement. They wouldnt admit that they were to blame, not even partly and wouldnt budge one bit
I think they are reputeable enough but I advise anyone ordering from them to be 100% sure of what your getting
Well they have lost me as a customer
I just placed a very large order for computer equipment which they could have had.
After the way they just treated me I went with aria instead
Aria have excellent telephone support so if your unsure about anything you can phone first. They are also very knowledgeable about the technologyIWasLookingBackToSeeIfSheWasLookinBackToSeeIfIWasLookinBackAtHer.....0 -
I beg your pardon, Vinylmusic. Their address is in a sub-menu on the Contact Us page. I just expected it to be on the front page. Like Ebuyer.

Aria don't sneakily hid their address away either so you did the right thing.
