    I ordered a notebook on 27th at 1pm. Postman arrived yesterday morning with large envelope containing.........notebook and delivery note saying "must spend 30.00 or more for f gift"

    I would question that as the advert did not state this in any way - they cannot just make up terms and conditions on the fly...

    Absolutely correct - I read that thing properly before ordering and it did not say that. However, they'll just say "out of stock" now anyway or offer expired.
