Urgent advice needed on payments to creditors

Please could anyone help I am desperate!! My business has recently closed, I am in huge debt which is spiralling out of my control, I have agreed with one of my companies to pay them 100.00 per month, I have been paying this amount and have never missed a payment, they have sent baliffs round and have, over the past couple of months now added another 3,000.00 to my original debt in charges, the baliffs are totally unhelpful, verbally abusive to such an extent that they have left me shaking and in tatters, I am at a total loss as to what to do, the 100.00 payment has now been agreed in court and is due to be reviewed in another 4 months, I am terrified that they are going to want more money from me, I am struggling so much to find the money it's only my family which are keeping me going, the debt is just going to go up and up how can I stop it? and how can I stop the threat of these debt recovery people?? any advice anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated.

I thought the bailiffs could only become involved if you didn't maintain payments required by a court judgement (CCJ/Decree).

Was this for business rates or a council debt?
This would be a priority debt.
Make sure you have notified the council that you have closed if you had premises - if they are now vacant, you should not be paying business rates.

I would contact CCCS for yor personal debt - they may be able to set up a DMP with your creditors and also see if you can get some advice from businessdebtline.
