Pineapple jelly?

Has anyone seen any pineapple jelly anywhere. My local Tesco used to stock it, but no more, it seems. I need it for a Pina Colada Cheesecake.

They do one ready made, but not the tablet that you make up yourself.

Has anyone seen these anywhere please?

I think Sainsbury's had it last time I was in there....I was staring at the jelly section (is part of my packed lunches so I get through a lot)

Pina colada cheesecake? Sounds interesting! I love pina colada, and i love cheesecake... match made it heaven?

Got a link to a recipe online? :)

I'm an online shopper for S'burys, and yes. We do stock it. At least, my store does... your local might not!

Thank you - will have a look in Sainsbury next time I'm in that part of town.

Benet - no link to an online recipe, but here you go :)

    Pina Colada Cheesecake

     Serves 8

     50g (2oz) butter, melted
     100g (4oz) digestive biscuits, crushed
     25g (1oz) desiccated coconut
     135g (4 ¾ oz) packet pineapple jelly
225g (8oz) skimmed milk soft cheese
150g (5oz) low fat natural yogurt
     30ml (2tablespoons) coconut rum liqueur
150ml (5fl oz) fresh whipping cream, softly whipped
Fresh pineapple and kiwi to decorate.

Mix the butter, biscuit crumbs and coconut together. Press into the base of a greased loose-bottomed 20.5cm (8 inch) cake tin and chill.

Dissolve the jelly in 150ml (¼ pint) hot water, cool slightly. Beat together the cheese, yogurt and rum, then gradually stir in the jelly.

Mix well then fold in the cream.

Pour onto the biscuit case and chill until set.

Remove from the tin and decorate with the fresh sliced fruit.

I bought pineapple jelly from Morrisons recently. In fact I'd just got it out to make up today. :)
