well basically im paying finance for my alarm, worst thing i could have ever done got shafted on the price in the first place from crap security (GAP) poor quality installation and basic poor service but thats not my problem.

problem is i filled in a DD (direct debit instruction form) and sent it off, didnt here nothing for it, never heard anything till next month when i received a letter saying i was being charged 22.50 because payment had not been setup correctly due to not receiveing the DD.

so i paid it and sent another recoreded delivery
again next month 22.50 charge

argued with them again and sent another
again 22.50 getting a bit beyond a joke now phoned up kick off had an arguement which got me no where and was told to fill in another.

filled in another and wrote a letter of complaint, received a letter back saying had been setup fine.

today ive received another letter yet again a 22.50 charge saying it was not setup before the correct time, phoned up and copmplained and was told pretty much ive got to pay for it.

what should i do as this is a laugh surely they cant charge me like this?

i wrote a letter using a template from the penelty charges website stating if they did not refund the money or provide evidence stating how me not paying these payments made them that much out of pocket and to provide evidence of this if not i would take them to court.

i only sent this today but received a phone call from the manager due to my complaint yesterday who stated i would have to pay the charges as i have signed a contract with this information on and there was nothing i could do about it.

help needed please
