SOS Debt & PWC debt

I have an ongoing appeal with the CSA just now and i have had an account breakdown last month and this month and it looks like the SOS debt is being paid more than the PWC debt .

I was hoping that the pwc will be getting more than the SOS as this would reduce anyway after appeal

Any ideas:)

Just biding my time for the appeal to come through and wait to see what my liability is then as the PWC would have been overpaid anyway that is why i wanted most of the money to go to PWC

After thinking about the way they are handling the arrears allocation i would say that they know they are going to lose in the tribunal and are trying to protect the PWC as we are talking in the region of £6k that has been wrongly added to my account

Looking at the situation in awaiting for the tribunal to come through i am going to pay this amount off just now as it wont be costing me anymore than what i'm paying a month just now as i'm paying the arrears at £160 per month .

Basically i am forcing the CSA to overpay the PWC and this will reduce my assesment after the appeal comes through due to the pwc being overpaid .

So there will be a payment of £2000 coming your way fruitcake if you are tuning into this forum :rotfl:
