Hi can anyone tell me what shops accept coupons without you having to buy the product? I live in a small town and the only supermarkets we have are iceland, co-op, somerfield and morrisons.

Waitrose, Asda and Tesco are the only ones where you don't have to but the product!
How far is it to one of these stores?

Here's a useful post from Bob's Free Stuff website, giving info on what the big Supermarkets have confirmed as their policy by email. Sadly that does not mean that all branches have to (or want to) abide by their HO policy, I find, and in your case I'd agree with Stebiz, I would move!

Co-op and Iceland are not known to accept coupons either (not mentioned in this link). The best you could do would be to use one at a time when you've bought something similar (e.g. a 'Yours' magazine coupon when you've bought some mags, a Warburtons coupon when you've bought any bread or rolls). In a big shop the person on the till probably won't check if you hand over one or two with your payment, I found I could use a few like this in Sainsbury's the other month, as they will scan anyway.
HTHPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I just went to Morrisons and spent a £1 Whiskars and £2 Purina pet food coupons. I only bought 2 pouches for 26p each = £2.48 Saving
So morrisons does sometimes - but you need to buy an item specified!
Try emailing companies requesting coupons because they tend to be higher value.

Yeah, I actually used coupons for which I hadn't bought the product in Sainsbury and they accepted them no problem - I think I was having a brainstorm and thought I was in Tesco, lol, as I certainly hadn't meant to attempt it when I went in!!0

So Morrissons do take money off vouchers even if you don't buy the product.0

I've used vouchers in Sainsbury's without buying the product, but when buying something similar, say a voucher for magazine X when buying magazine Y, or cereal X instead of cereal Y.
They get their money back from the manufacturer anyway
And regarding Morrisons, there was a post by someone who works there on this board, and they basically said that if the person can't be bothered to check that you've bought the product, the coupons will go through the till.
Can't for the life of me find that post now, but will post a link if I will.
