Anyone know of shops who'll sell boxes of sweets/easter eggs etc in bulk - Needed for a youth group - Tesco, Sainsbury's even Poundland stopping me buying "too many"

Probably because the easter eggs are on as a loss leader to get people in store so basically you can't buy them cheaper at the cash and carry. They are trying to prevent people from bulk buying and then selling them on elsewhere at a profit. As far as I know they can't stop you buying the maximum number of permitted items, putting them in your car and going back in for more. Bring a couple of friends or some of the youth group shopping with you and you can all get the maximum number each which would save you time.

If you're an organisation of some sort you should be able to get an account with a Cash and Carry?!

Tesco have no limit on their Easter eggs this year. I bought over 100 for Brownies last week. Asda do have a limit. You can order from Tesco online and have them delivered.

The can stop you buying any at all if they want. They could ban you from the shop for taking the pee. Supermarkets are private businesses with private property they are free to serve or turn away customers for any reason they see fit (well, racist/disability reasons excluded).
