DLC Replied with statements

I have received today a letter from DLC with statements of the debt from the repossession of my and my ex's house with it was small breakdown of what costs were incurred during the repossession. eg Asset manager commission, Asset manager invoice, search fees, redemption of first mortgage chaps fee. The statements show only one valuation took place should they have done more to get the best price? should I now ask for a copy of original agreement? Also I haven't received a notice of assignment to show GE Money have asked DLC to work on their behalf. Also they haven't sent me details to show that they did or didn't claim from the indemnity insurance.

Your replies are as always greatly appreciated.
