Hi, I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place, thought about posting in praise, vents & rants but they're scaaarrry!:rotfl:
Problem with Virgin Media. 2007 they gave me a deal to stay with them. The deal was never honoured and I had previously written 2 letters & countless calls that were ignored.(never sent be rec post or kept copies tho)
Decided to send another letter in JAN listing all complaints & requesting they send a written response to explain each of these complaints.
They sent a letter acknowledging reciept dated 29.1.10 (complaint would be dealt with within 14 days!)
Waited...Nothing!....Sent 2 e-mails...nothing...3rd email....!!!
Finally had a call on 26th feb (fri night) claiming they sent me a letter 3.2.10 but the gist was denial of the deal, no refund,NO RECORDING OF OFFER:mad:
(how convenient!)
MONDAY 1st MARCH
Phoned back, cancelled all services..wanted to offer deal to stay. :rotfl:
call from Virgin 3.3.10 ...Wanted to offer a deal to stay:D.
Call from Virgin 5.3.10 ...Wanted to offer a deal to stay.:D
Call from Virgin 8.3.10 ...Wanted to offer a deal to stay.:D
Call from Virgin 9.3.10 ...Wanted to offer a deal to stay.:D:D
On all calls, I asked for a copy of the letter they claim to have sent in feb,
answering my complaints & all promised a copy.
10.3.10 I e-mailed Virgin firmly explaining that I WANTED THE LETTER!
11.3.10 Call from Virgin, a man very angry with his own customer services, the complaint had only just got to him & he could have sorted it all out!!
Too late...I've got a new contract, nothing he could do now but close the complaint.
FINE, BUT I WANT THE B!!!!! letter.
All this hassle, I'm out of pocket because no written or recorded proof AND I know the excuses are BS!!!!
Is this why they won't answer in writing? Written proof of B'S!!!.
How do I get the letter without the brush off?
Sorry for rant & long post & move it if needed.......I'll be brave!
