Bank Account Question

Hi
Just wondering if someone could help me with a quick bank account question? i am due to be made bankrupt on the 31st March and have included two bank accounts on the forms. The second one being a barclays account which I opened a couple of months ago as I knew bankruptcy was looming. i have now been told all accounts will be frozen once bankrupt even though the Barclays one is just an account to have my wages paid into and pay bills.
i have just remembered I opened a LLoydsTSB account last September that has never been used this is just a basic account with no overdraft. I would just like to know If I would be able to get away with using this after the bankruptcy? I did not declare it on my forms as it has never been used and to be honest forgot all about it? Will LloydsTSB know I have been made bankrupt if the account hasn't been used prior that is my question really?
Many thanks

Hello kerrie905, after court you speak to the O.R. clerk on the phone then you can ask them if you can use your barclays as pay and DD go through this. They will then inform barclays to unfreeze this account as they have no interest in it. Remember it is the banks that freeze bank accounts not the O.R.
To be honest I would put your LLoydsTSB on your forms, if the O.R. find out they will wonder what else you have not told them."If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride"

I agree with IWWH, I would include all your bank accounts that you have at the time of your BR. If the Barclays one is the basic account you should be OK.:pB&SC No. 298
