Can someone please help?
I moved in with my ex partner 3 years ago the mortgage was in his name but i paid more than half of this to him each month for 3 years as well as half for all bills, At the time we got the house it needed badly renovated so my father did all the joinery work and fitted all the new flooring and decorating etc at no cost to my partner as it was seen as an gift to me. My family also gave us furniture to help us get started. After 3 years the relationship ended with him not giving me anything but my car which i own myself and my clothes he kept all the furniture and did not pay me a penny back in what i had contributed towards the house is there anything i can do to claim this back?
