Student Tax form P38 question

As a student I'll be only working during the summer holiday, so I know that I have to fill in a P38 to give to my employer so they don't deduct any tax off.

But if I got another job, can I give another P38 or can you only give one P38?

Thanks

You will only be able to use one and your second job you will be taxed at basic rate for everything unless you split your personal allowance.

Not sure I agree with previous answer. If your total income for the year from both jobs is under £6475, then you can sign P38's at each job. Otherwise, you cannot even sign one P38 - ask your tax office to split your allowances.
You can reclaim tax overpaid as soon as you return to uni.

You can do it sooner if you are not going to be working for the rest of the tax year.

Not sure if this is 100% but I don't see why you can't.

Its not just your summer work you need to take into consideration - its Easter and Christmas as well. Your tax free allowance has to last you a complete year.
